A useful English routine starts with one manageable task. Choose something you can repeat and review, rather than trying to cover everything at once. The following plan is flexible; it does not promise a particular level within a fixed time.
Focus on introductions, shopping or tomorrow’s plans. Select five useful expressions and write a sentence about your own life for each one. For example, I usually read in the evening describes a daily habit.
Choose a short recording that suits your level. Listen once for the main idea and again for one or two useful expressions. Pause the recording and explain the message in your own simple words. You do not need to understand every word immediately.
Close your notebook and write three sentences using today’s expressions. Check them afterwards and use any forgotten word in a fresh example. Repeatedly reading a list is different from retrieving a word and using it yourself.
Record a short introduction covering your name, interests and daily routine. Keep it and repeat the same task the following week. Compare clarity, pauses and the way you use the expressions, rather than judging progress only by the number of words studied.
